Closed Pilot Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 28 August 2026

1. Payment model

Restork does not charge cards or hold guest funds during the closed pilot. Guests pay hosts directly at check-in, so Restork does not issue payment refunds.

2. Guest cancellation

A guest who cannot travel should notify the host immediately through the booking chat and ask the host to acknowledge the cancellation. Any host-specific cancellation charge must have been clearly disclosed before booking confirmation and is agreed directly between guest and host.

3. Host cancellation

A host who cannot honour a confirmed booking must notify the guest and Restork immediately. Repeated or avoidable host cancellations may result in the property being paused or removed from the pilot.

4. No-show and arrival problems

If a guest does not arrive or cannot access the property, both parties should use the booking chat to document contact attempts. Do not confirm check-in until the guest has actually arrived. Any direct payment dispute remains between guest and host.

5. Safety and unsuitable accommodation

If the accommodation is unsafe, materially different from the accepted offer, or inaccessible, the guest should avoid check-in, document the issue where safe to do so, and contact Restork support. Restork may suspend the listing while reviewing the account.

6. Support

Contact support@restork.eu with the booking ID, a short description and relevant evidence. Restork can assist communication but cannot debit or refund a direct payment.
